75. Emmy Ödül Töreni bu yıl 15 Ocak'ta gerçekleştirilecek bir törenle sahiplerini bulacak. Ancak her yıl olduğu gibi, bir hafta öncesinden Creative Arts isimli teknik ödüller dağıtılıyor. İlk gece dağıtılan ödüllerin ana dallarına 8 ödülle HBO Max'in The Last Of Us'ı damga vurdu. Onu The Bear, The White Lotus ve Wednesday takip etti.
İkinci gece dağıtılan ödüller de ise AppleTV+'ın aydınlatıcı belgeseli "Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie", En İyi Belgesel ve Oscar ödüllü film yapımcısı Davis Guggenheim'a verilen yönetmenlik ödülü de dahil olmak üzere dört Emmy ödülü alarak öne çıkan yapım oldu.
