Margaret Constance Maisie Williams 15 Nisan 1997'de İngiltere'nin Bristol şehrinde doğdu. Bath Dans Kolejinde Sahne Sanatları alanında eğitim aldı. 2011 yılından beri HBO'nun ünlü dizisi Game of Thrones'da Arya Stark karakterini canlandırmaktadır. Bu rolü ile dünya çapında tanındı ve pek çok ödüle layık görüldü. Game of Thrones dizisinde ablası Sansa Stark karakterini canlandıran Sophie Turner ile yakın arkadaş olan genç oyuncu daha sonra ise Cyberbully, The Falling ve Gold filmlerinde oynadı.
